Mini-Manna for Little Lambs – Day 17 – Review

Review

Let’s review what we have learned so far, OK? Do you remember what we learned the past two days? (wait to see if they will answer – if they answer correctly, clap your hands and say, “Yeh! That’s right! Good job!) We learned about being content and not telling lies, didn’t we!

Do you remember our Bible verses? Let’s go over them together:

Bible Verses

Mat 6:26 Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?

What does it mean to be content? Do you remember the story about being content? Who feeds the birds? (Wait for an answer) Yes, God feeds the birds! (clap your hands) Do the birds complain about their food? (shake your head no) No, the birds eat whatever God gives them. Should you complain when Mommy makes you eat something you don’t like? (shake your head no) No, you should be happy (or content) with anything that Mommy puts on your plate. God is happy when you are content with what you have.

Remember the song we sang?

Song
(sung to The Muffin Man)

I have learned to be content
To be content
To be content
I have learned to be content
And thankful I must beThere are some who have no food
Who have no food
Who have no food
There are some who have no food
So I must not complain

There are some who have no clothes
Who have no clothes
Who have no clothes
There are some who have no clothes
God takes care of me

Good job!! I’m so glad that you remember what we learned! You are doing such a great job! Mommy and Daddy are very proud of you! (clap your hands)

What else did we learn? (wait to see if they remember then clap your hands if they do!) We learned that lying is a sin, didn’t we? Is it ever O.K. to tell a lie? (shake your head no and frown) What does God think of lying? (wait for answers) Yes, that’s right – God is sad when you lie. (clap your hands and smile) It’s always right to tell the truth right away. (smile and shake your head yes) God wants you to tell the truth. What was our verse? Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy brother (Exo 20:16) Let’s repeat it again! Good job (clap your hands)!! Let’s sing our song – do you remember it?

You Must Not Tell a Lie
(sung to The Farmer in the Dell)

You must not tell a lie
You must not tell a lie
God says that lying is a sin
You must not tell a lie

I must not tell a lie
I must not tell a lie
It makes my parents really sad
I must not tell a lie

Mommy and Daddy are so happy when you tell the truth! (clap your hands and smile) Telling the truth makes God happy, too! Good job!! (clap your hands again)

Dear God…
Please help me to always tell the truth and to always be happy with what I have.
Amen!

Is Barack Obama a Muslim wolf in Christian wool?

Is Barack Obama a Muslim wolf in Christian wool?
By Reuven Koret March 27, 2008

The glib handling of criticism of his relationship with the anti-American (“God Damn America!”) and anti-Israel (“a dirty word for Negroes”) Reverend James Wright may have bought him a little time. But the legacy of dissimulation about his long-concealed identity is about to come crashing down around the ears of Barack Hussein Obama, courtesy of the assembled testimony of his family, friends, classmates and teachers.

The accumulated research indicates that Obama was in his childhood a devout Muslim, the son of a devout Muslim, the step-son of a devout Muslim and the grandson and namesake (“Hussein”) of a devout Muslim. He was registered in school as a Muslim and demonstrated his ability to chant praise to Allah in impressive Arab-accented tones even as an adult. Just as he has not disavowed his “uncle” Jeremiah, neither has he disavowed his Muslim faith that he was born into, raised with, celebrated and never abandoned. He just covered it over with a thin veneer of his own self-styled “Christianity.”

Although as an adult he would register as a Christian, and occasionally attend a Christian Church (but apparently not often enough to listen to the preaching of his pastor, or so he would claim) this was a necessary step for a man who from earliest boyhood has nurtured the precocious ambition to be President of the United States.

He was entered into the Roman Catholic, Franciscus Assisi Primary School, in Jakarta, Indonesia, on January 1, 1968, registered under the name Barry Soetoro, an Indonesian citizen whose religion was listed as Islam. Catholic schools accept non-Catholics worldwide. Non-Catholic students are typically excused from religious instruction and ceremony.

In kindergarten, Senator Obama wrote an essay titled ‘I Want to Become President.'”Iis Darmawan, 63, Senator Obama’s kindergarten teacher, remembers him as an exceptionally tall and curly haired child who quickly picked up the local language and had sharp math skills. He wrote an essay titled, ‘I Want To Become President,’ the teacher said.” [AP, 1/25/07]

Three years later, in 1971, Obama enrolled in the Besuki Primary School, a government school, as Barry Soetoro, Muslim. In third grade, Senator Obama wrote an essay titled ‘I Want To Be a President.’ His third grade teacher: Fermina Katarina Sinaga “asked her class to write an essay titled ‘My dream: What I want to be in the future.’ Senator Obama wrote ‘I want to be a President,’ she said.” [The Los Angeles Times, 3/15/07]

All Indonesian students are required to study religion at school and a young Barry Soetoro, being a Muslim, would have been required to study Islam daily in school.

He would have been taught to read and write Arabic, to recite his prayers properly, to read and recite from the Quran and to study the laws of Islam.

In his autobiography, “Dreams From My Father,” Obama mentions studying the Koran and describes the public school as “a Muslim school.”

“In the Muslim school, the teacher wrote to tell mother I made faces during Koranic studies.”

To Work or Not to Work? That is the question!

Working to gain salvation is much like snowfall in Northern Maine. The picture to the right is of a dear friend who is steadily working to remove the snow from his driveway. With record-breaking snowfall this winter, he is simply maintaining. More snow will just keep falling and replacing the snow he has blown away. It is the same with man’s sinful nature. We can work and work at confessing it to the parish priest, but those sins just keep coming back. The Word says that we cannot get to heaven because we are sinners. God is Holy and will not receive anyone who is not holy as He is holy.

Many religions interpret this to mean that one must work at his religion so he may gain entrance to heaven. Or even use this to promote the dogma of purgatory. However, no matter how hard one works at being holy, one can never be holy. We are all sinners and we will continue to sin until the day we die. Our “good” deeds, like this snow removal, will never make up for our sinfulness. The snow removal is only temporary. Purgatory enforces this belief because it means that Christ’s sacrifice of the cross is not sufficient and, therefore, there has to be more – there has to be something added to the plan of salvation! Every religion of the world has added works and good deeds to their salvation message. This includes Catholicism, Hinduism, Islam, Mormonism, etc.

This is quite different from what God’s Word teaches. The Word teaches that you can be forgiven of your sins, once and for all. To do so, you need to come to Christ (Matt. 11:28 ). You need to receive Jesus as your Lord and Savior (John 1:12; Rom. 10:13). You need to ask Jesus to forgive you of your sins (John 14:14), and trust in Him alone because there is nothing that you can personally do. You must repent and sin no more (John 8:11). Remember, your good deeds do no earn you a special place before God (Isa. 64:6). Furthermore, if you have faith, it is because that faith is the work of God (John 6:28-29). If you believe, it is because God has granted that you believe (Phil. 1:29). It is not because you were baptized, or have been good, or belonged to a certain church, or have been sincere. It is all of God. The Lord must receive all the glory for salvation because it completely and totally rests in Him. It does not rest on a church – it does not rest on the pope – it does not rest on you! Salvation rests in Christ alone and it is received by faith apart from works.

Please read the following scriptures carefully:

1. For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God ~Rom. 3:23

2. For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord ~Rom. 6:23

3. Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed. ~1 Pet. 2:24

4. For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. ~2 Cor. 5:21

5. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. ~John 14:14

6. Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls ~Matt. 11:28-29

7. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: ~John 1:12

8. I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain. ~Gal. 2:21

9. Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law. ~Rom. 3:28

10. For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness. ~Rom. 4:3

11. But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness. ~Rom. 4:5

12. These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

Now, after reading these verses, can you seriously believe that God would change the plan of salvation to include Mariology, the eucharist, purgatory, etc. etc.? God does not change – His plan of salvation in the Word will never be superceded by anyone. Don’t believe a lie. Use that brain that God gave you and read His Word. He will not lie to you, but man will! Let God’s Holy Word speak to your hearts and allow His Holy Spirit to draw you to salvation!

Names of Jesus – Day 6 – Saviour Part II

The name Saviour is most definitely the one I love the most for the Lord! Without His shed blood and His payment for our sin, we have no hope. Without forgiveness, we cannot have a future in Heaven!

The word Saviour is mentioned 37 times in the Bible – 13 in the Old Testament and 24 in the New Testament. So who needs forgiveness? We all need forgiveness but let’s look at those mentioned in the Bible who considered themselves sinners in need of a Saviour:

Samuel: The God of my rock; in him will I trust: he is my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge, my saviour; thou savest me from violence. ~2 Samuel 22:3
Israelites: They forgat God their saviour, which had done great things in Egypt; ~Psalm 106:21

Isaiah: Verily thou art a God that hidest thyself, O God of Israel, the Saviour. ~Isaiah 45:15

Jeremiah: O the hope of Israel, the saviour thereof in time of trouble, why shouldest thou be as a stranger in the land, and as a wayfaring man that turneth aside to tarry for a night? ~Jeremiah 14:8

Hoseah: Yet I am the LORD thy God from the land of Egypt, and thou shalt know no god but me: for there is no saviour beside me. ~Hoseah 13:4

Mary (the mother of Jesus): And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour. ~Luke 1:47

The Shepherds: For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. ~Luke 2:11

Samaritans: And said unto the woman, Now we believe, not because of thy saying: for we have heard him ourselves, and know that this is indeed the Christ, the Saviour of the world. ~John 4:42

Paul: For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: ~Philippians 3:20
Peter: Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ: ~2 Peter 1:1

John: And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world. ~1 John 4:14

Here we see that those of the Old Testament needed a Saviour (their Messiah) – we have Samuel, the Israelites, and even the prophets needed a Saviour. In the New Testament, the first time we see the word Saviour is when Mary speaks it. I found that interesting, actually. Even Mary needed a Saviour. The shepherds (Jews), the Samaritans (half Jew, half Gentile), as well as the Apostles themselves! None are exempt from the need of a Saviour.
Can there be another Saviour? The Word says,

I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour. ~Isaiah 43:11

Yet I am the LORD thy God from the land of Egypt, and thou shalt know no god but me: for there is no saviour beside me. ~Hoseah 13:4

Our Saviour’s blood bought our pardon and the forgiveness of our sins. No other can claim this. The catholic church would have their members believe that because Jesus was Mary’s son, she suffered as much as He did. But my friend, it was not her blood that was shed on that cross, no matter how much her heart was broken at the death of her son. It was Christ’s blood that was shed and, therefore, He can be the only one who can claim the title of Saviour. Mary cannot be co-redemptrix! The catholic church teaches that she is and they have lied to their members all these years!

And at the foot of the cross of our Saviour (Jn.19:26), Mary’s intense sufferings, united with those of her Son, as Pope John Paul II tells us, were, “also a contribution to the Redemption of us all” (Salvifici Doloris, n.25). Because of this intimate sharing in the redemption accomplished by the Lord, the Mother of the Redeemer is uniquely and rightly referred to by Pope John Paul II and the Church as the “Coredemptrix.”

Mary was a sinner like you and I, my friend. To say otherwise is to call Luke 1:47 a lie. The catholic church includes this verse in their Magnificat yet its members are blinded by its true meaning. Why would Mary call Jesus her Saviour unless she needed saving? She needed a Saviour just like you and I need a Saviour. Only Christ’s shed blood brings about forgiveness – He alone has authority to be our Mediator, our High Priest, our Saviour!

Here is a beautiful depiction of forgiveness. I absolutely loved it :-)

The Cleansing Blood

One night in a church service a young woman felt the tug of God at her heart. She responded to God’s call and accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior. The young woman had a very rough past, involving alcohol, drugs, and prostitution. But, the change in her was evident. As time went on she became a faithful member of the church. She eventually became involved in the ministry, teaching young children. It was not very long until this faithful young woman had caught the eye and heart of the pastor’s son.

The relationship grew and they began to make wedding plans. This is when the problems began. You see, about one half of the church did not think that a woman with a past such as hers was suitable for a pastor’s son.
The church began to argue and fight about the matter. So they decided to have a meeting. As the people made their arguments and tensions increased, the meeting was getting completely out of hand. The young woman became very upset about all the things being brought up about her past. As she began to cry the pastor’s son stood to speak. He could not bear the pain it was causing his wife to be.
He began to speak and his statement was this:
“My fiancee’s past is not what is on trial here. What you are questioning is the ability of the blood of Jesus to wash away sin. Today you have put the blood of Jesus on trial. So, does it wash away sin or not?” The whole church began to weep as they realized that they had been slandering the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ. Too often, even as Christians, we bring up the past and use it as a weapon against our brothers and sisters. Forgiveness is a very foundational part of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. If the blood of Jesus does not cleanse the other person completely then it cannot cleanse us completely. If that is the case, then we are all in a lot of trouble.

What can wash away my sins, nothing but the blood of Jesus…. end of case!!!

Pass this on to everyone that you truly care for at all….we all need this message…. God Forgives.. So Should We.

Why Go to Church?

A friend sent this and I thought it was one worthy of sharing :-)

A Church goer wrote a letter to the editor of a newspaper and complained that it made no sense to go to church every Sunday. “I’ve gone for 30 years now,” he wrote, “and in that time I have heard something like 3,000 sermons.

But for the life of me, I can’t remember a single one of them. So, I think I’m wasting my time and the pastors are wasting theirs by giving sermons at all.”

This started a real controversy in the “Letters to the Editor” column, much to the delight of the editor. It went on for weeks until someone wrote this clincher:

“I’ve been married for 30 years now. In that time my wife has cooked some 32,000 meals. But, for the life of me, I cannot recall the entire menu for a single one of those meals. But I do know this.. They all nourished me and gave me the strength I needed to do my work. If my wife had not given me these meals, I would be physically dead today.. Likewise, if I had not gone to church for nourishment, I would be spiritually dead today!” When you are DOWN to nothing…. God is UP to something! Faith sees the invisible, believes the incredible and receives the impossible!

Thank God for our physical AND our spiritual nourishment!

All right, now that you’re done reading, send it on! I think everyone should read this! “When Satan is knocking at your door, simply say, “Jesus, could you get that for me?”

The Pit

What person would you be?

A man fell into a pit and couldn’t get himself out.

A subjective person came along and said, “I feel for you down there.”

An objective person walked by and said, “It’s logical that someone would fall down there.”

A Pharisee said, “Only bad people fall into pits.”

A mathematician calculated how deep the pit was.

A news reporter wanted the exclusive story on the pit.

A self-pitying person said, “You haven’t seen anything until you’ve seen my pit.”

A fire-and-brimstone preacher said, “You deserve your pit.”

A Christian Scientist observed, “The pit is just in your mind.”

A psychologist noted, “Your mother and father are to blame for your being in that pit.”

A self-esteem therapist said, “Believe in yourself and you can get out of that pit.”

An optimist said, “Things could be worse.”

A pessimist claimed, “Things will get worse.”

Jesus, seeing the man, took him by the hand and lifted him out of the pit.

Devotionals for Babies to Toddlers

When John and I were raising our sons, we discovered that there weren’t any devotionals that we could use for little ones. There were Keys for Kids, but they were for ages over 5 or so. A friend of ours just had his second daughter and asked me if I knew of any devotionals for young children. I researched quite a bit and never did find anything he could use. That’s when the Lord impressed upon my heart to start the “Mini-Manna for Little Lambs” series.

I began working on this series of devotionals that parents could use with their “little lambs” up through toddler years a year or so ago. I got as far as Day 16 and ran out of ideas. Maybe the blogging world can give me fresh ideas to finish the series. :-) You can pull Days 1-20  here.

If you have any ideas for topics you would like to teach your baby/toddler, please leave a comment and I will be sure to write a devotional on that topic for your use! :-)

Excerpt from “Slavery, Terrorism and Islam”

I received this in an email from American Congress for Truth.

The following analysis of how Islam progresses within a culture came to us via email over the weekend. While we have not yet read Peter Hammond’s new book, Slavery, Terrorism and Islam, the following is reportedly adapted from his book.

Irrespective of the source of this analysis, its conclusions are historically and empirically supported. As George Santayana wrote: “Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it.” Regarding Islam, we don’t have to look back hundreds of years to learn from history. All we need do is look at what has happened in Great Britain over the past three decades.

Islam is not a religion nor is it a cult. It is a complete system.

Islam has religious, legal, political, economic and military components. The religious component is a beard for all the other components.

Islamization occurs when there are sufficient Muslims in a country to agitate for their so-called “religious rights.”

When politically correct and culturally diverse societies agree to “the reasonable” Muslim demands for their “religious rights,” they also get the other components under the table. Here’s how it works (percentages source CIA: The World Fact Book (2007).

As long as the Muslim population remains around 1% of any given country they will be regarded as a peace-loving minority and not as a threat to anyone. In fact, they may be featured in articles and films, stereotyped for their colorful uniqueness:
United States — Muslim 1.0%
Australia — Muslim 1.5%
Canada — Muslim 1.9%
China — Muslim 1%-2%
Italy — Muslim 1.5%
Norway — Muslim 1.8%

At 2% and 3% they begin to proselytize from other ethnic minorities and disaffected groups with major recruiting from the jails and among street gangs:
Denmark — Muslim 2%
Germany — Muslim 3.7%
United Kingdom — Muslim 2.7%
Spain — Muslim 4%
Thailand — Muslim 4.6%

From 5% on they exercise an inordinate influence in proportion to their percentage of the population.

They will push for the introduction of halal (clean by Islamic standards) food, thereby securing food preparation jobs for Muslims. They will increase pressure on supermarket chains to feature it on their shelves — along with threats for failure to comply. (United States).
France — Muslim 8%
Philippines — Muslim 5%
Sweden — Muslim 5%
Switzerland — Muslim 4.3%
The Netherlands — Muslim 5.5%
Trinidad & Tobago — Muslim 5.8%

At this point, they will work to get the ruling government to allow them to rule themselves under Sharia, the Islamic Law. The ultimate goal of Islam is not to convert the world but to establish Sharia law over the entire world.

When Muslims reach 10% of the population, they will increase lawlessness as a means of complaint about their conditions (Paris — car-burnings). Any non-Muslim action that offends Islam will result in uprisings and threats (Amsterdam — Mohammed cartoons).
Guyana — Muslim 10%
India — Muslim 13.4%
Israel — Muslim 16%
Kenya — Muslim 10%
Russia — Muslim 10-15%

After reaching 20% expect hair-trigger rioting, jihad militia formations, sporadic killings and church and synagogue burning:
Ethiopia — Muslim 32.8%

At 40% you will find widespread massacres, chronic terror attacks and ongoing militia warfare:
Bosnia — Muslim 40%
Chad — Muslim 53.1%
Lebanon — Muslim 59.7%

From 60% you may expect unfettered persecution of non-believers and other religions, sporadic ethnic cleansing (genocide), use of Sharia Law as a weapon and Jizya, the tax placed on infidels:
Albania — Muslim 70%
Malaysia — Muslim 60.4%
Qatar — Muslim 77.5%
Sudan — Muslim 70%

After 80% expect State run ethnic cleansing and genocide:
Bangladesh — Muslim 83%
Egypt — Muslim 90%
Gaza — Muslim 98.7%
Indonesia — Muslim 86.1%
Iran — Muslim 98%
Iraq — Muslim 97%
Jordan — Muslim 92%
Morocco — Muslim 98.7%
Pakistan — Muslim 97%
Palestine — Muslim 99%
Syria — Muslim 90%
Tajikistan — Muslim 90%
Turkey — Muslim 99.8%
United Arab Emirates — Muslim 96%

100% will usher in the peace of “Dar-es-Salaam” — the Islamic House of Peace — there’s supposed to be peace because everybody is a Muslim:
Afghanistan — Muslim 100%
Saudi Arabia — Muslim 100%
Somalia — Muslim 100%
Yemen — Muslim 99.9%

Names of Jesus – Day 5 – Alpha and Omega

Jesus is the Alpha and Omega. Why did He choose this term to refer to Himself? These are the first and last letter of the Greek alphabet, therefore, Jesus Christ is the first and the last, beginning and end – He was there in the beginning (John 1:1) and He will be there until the end.

~Revelation 1:8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

~Revelation 1:11 Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and, What thou seest, write in a book, and send it unto the seven churches which are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamos, and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea.

~Revelation 21:6 And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.

~Revelation 22:13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.

Because Christ can claim these titles, He is the only one who is qualified to take the penalty for our salvation. I love reading Hebrews because Paul puts to rest any need for the Rabbinical priesthood or any other priesthood for that matter. Christ’s sacrifice on the cross is the only sacrifice we need – from the beginning to the end. His sacrifice no longer needs to be offered daily but is complete!

~Hebrews 7:15-28 And it is yet far more evident: for that after the similitude of Melchisedec there ariseth another priest, (15) Who is made, not after the law of a carnal commandment, but after the power of an endless life. (16) For he testifieth, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec. (17) For there is verily a disannulling of the commandment going before for the weakness and unprofitableness thereof. (18 ) For the law made nothing perfect, but the bringing in of a better hope did; by the which we draw nigh unto God. (19) And inasmuch as not without an oath he was made priest: (20) (For those priests were made without an oath; but this with an oath by him that said unto him, The Lord sware and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec: ) (21) By so much was Jesus made a surety of a better testament. (22) And they truly were many priests, because they were not suffered to continue by reason of death: (23) But this man, because he continueth ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood. (24) Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them. (25) For such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens; (26) Who needeth not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the people’s: for this he did once, when he offered up himself. (27) For the law maketh men high priests which have infirmity; but the word of the oath, which was since the law, maketh the Son, who is consecrated for evermore. (28 )

No more sacrifice is needed because the Alpha and the Omega, Jesus Christ, offered Himself and He alone is sufficient from the beginning to the end! There is nothing more to be added – nothing to be taken away! You can tell a cult by what they add to or take away from the Gospel of Jesus Christ and His complete work of the cross.

Do they add works? Do they add sacraments? Do they take away the emphasis of His shed blood? Do they say He did not really rise from the dead? These are instrumental parts of the Gospel of Christ! To add to or take away from this precious work is to state that His sacrifice on that cross was not sufficient. I absolutely love Revelation 21:6! ~Revelation 21:6 And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely. To come to Jesus, you must first believe that there is no other way but His way. He is the one that provides the water of life freely. It’s not the church – it’s not by works – for it were through the church or by my works, it is no longer free, is it? Ah, but Jesus said it was free! Would the beginning and the end – the Alpha and the Omega, lie? His Word is too precious – His Word is eternal. ~Matthew 5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Nothing in His Word will be left incomplete. The Hebrew jot and tittle are equivalent to our English crossing of the letter “t” and the dotting of our letter “i”. If such a tiny mark is this important to the Lord, Jesus Christ, then His Word and His salvation are no less!

We just finished celebrating Resurrection Sunday! Buddha did not rise from the dead. Mohammad did not rise from the dead. Joseph Smith did not rise from the dead! Only the Beginning and the End, the Alpha and the Omega rose from the dead. He died once, He rose once and He will come again to gather us to Himself! :-)

Obama’s Hits Just Keep on Comin’

TALK SHOW HOST REVEALS OBAMA CONNECTION TO TERRORISTS

There is a far-reaching scandal brewing for presidential hopeful Sen. Barack Obama, thanks to a radio talk show host based in Oregon. Syndicated talk show host Laurie Roth’s revelations make the news story about Obama’s relationship with a racist, anti-American pastor look like child’s play.

A top official at the Pentagon during former-President George H. W. Bush’s Administration and a former CIA intelligence officer maintain that Barack Obama and former Weather Underground honcho William Ayers funneled money to Professor Rashid Khalidi, a known terrorist sympathizer.

Khalidi serves on the faculty of Columbia University in New York and is best known as the professor who invited Iranian President Ahmedinejad to visit Columbia University after he finished his speech at the United Nations. According to confidential sources, Khalidi has direct ties to the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO), a group on the US State Department’s list of known terrorist groups.

“One source for this information was once a top military figure in the 1990s. He doesn’t take making allegations lightly. If he says something happened, believe me, it happened,” said syndicated radio talk show host Laurie Roth.

“Another source is a former agent for the Central Intelligence Agency, who is an expert in counterterrorism,” said Roth, who broke the story on her show Friday night.

“I certainly don’t want to demonize someone because they are a woman, black or liberal running for President. I love the idea that in our culture, a black and woman can now run. However, it does matter to me with any candidate, their consistency with good judgment, their voting record, their association with people with questionable backgrounds and commitment to our country,” she said during her show. Here are the connections as described by very reliable sources, who possess impressive military, national security and intelligence backgrounds:

Allison Davis, who hired the young Obama into his small, Chicago law firm Davis, Miner, and Barnhill in 1993, left the firm in late 1999-2000 and became a housing developer. Davis went into business with Tony Rezko, the indicted businessman who’s scheduled to go on trial for corruption in Illinois, and who was a major fundraiser for Obama.
